• Review technical integration approach with existing HMIS and implementation of BeneXchange

• Address training/documentation for integration workstream.

Development of streamlined pre-authorization workflow and approval processes.

• Discuss approval workflow for preauths and status management in the Mediator

• Discuss Kafka scope for notification and real-time status tracking

• Discuss implementation of basic business business rules e.g on BenExchange

🎓 Helina Training Program (Dr. Mwogi)

• Discuss training objectives and why it is crucial for HIE team

• Finalize applications and training schedule logistics i.e payment etc..
