🎟 Creating a Boarding Pass

A boarding pass consists of the credentials created during the onboarding process to securely access the HIE API. Follow these steps to generate your boarding pass efficiently.

🔑 Step 1: Select Credentials

• Navigate to the Dashboard and choose the type of credentials you need, such as:
  • Production (Live environment)
  • UAT (User Acceptance Testing) (Testing environment)
• Your selection determines the environment where your API access will be configured.

🚀 Step 2: Start the Process

• Follow the guided steps to generate your boarding pass.
• Ensure that all required details are entered correctly to complete the setup successfully.

🏥 Facilities

Once the boarding pass creation process begins, you will be automatically redirected to the Facilities Page, where you can manage or add facilities.

📌 Step 1: Redirect to the Facilities Page

• The system will automatically navigate you to the Facilities Page after initiating the process.

🏗️ Step 2: Access the New Facility Tab

• You will be taken to the New Facility section, where you must input the required details for facility registration.

▶️ Step 3: Proceed with Setup

• Click the "Proceed" button to continue with the setup and finalize the facility registration process.

📝 Registering a Facility

Before gaining API access, you must register your facility within the system. Follow these steps for successful registration:

🔢 Step 1: Enter Facility Registration Number

• Carefully input the official facility registration number.
• This ensures proper verification and identification within the system.

⏩ Step 2: Proceed to the Next Step

• Click the "Next" button to move forward with the registration process.

📩 Facility Onboarding Message

Once you enter the facility registration number, the system will attempt to verify it. If valid, you will be redirected to a confirmation page displaying details about the registered facility.

📜 Step 1: View Facility Name

• The system will display the official name of the facility, allowing you to verify that the correct facility has been identified.

🏷️ Step 2: Access Unique Facility Code

• A unique facility code will be generated, which serves as an identifier for the facility within the system.
• This code is crucial for tracking and integration purposes.

🔑 Step 3: Generate API Credentials

• You will have the option to create API credentials for the facility, enabling secure access to the HIE API.
